Greenotype RC-PCR

High-Throughput screening by the most robust, cost effective and simple method available, NimaGen offers the patented RC-PCR technology for SNP Genotyping for up to 100 SNPs per assay*. Genotyping by NGS will

never be easier: Just run a single PCR followed immediatly by pooling, single-tube cleanup and sequencing on an illumina NGS system.

GreenoType RC-PCR is also the method of choice for contamination detection in seed production, with a sensitivity of 0.33% (1 in 300 individual seeds in one pool).

Just provide us with your required targets**, including 100 bp up- and downstream, 5 reference DNA samples of your crop of interest, and NimaGen will design and wet validate your GreenoType Assay.

GreenoType MIP capture

With Molecular Inversion Probe capture, NimaGen offers a Medium to High Multiplex Genotyping-by-NGS solution for up to 5000 SNPs per sample. The three step protocol consist of a Capture/Ligation step, followed by a quick Exonuclease treatment and a final PCR. The MIP technology is robust and cost-effective.

Just provide us with your required SNP targets* in a bed file, including your reference genome and VCF file, 5 reference DNA samples of your crop of interest, and NimaGen will design and wet validate your GreenoType Assay.
